1. Remote school - Enquiry management
OfficialsHQ now provides sports organisations with an Enquiries page to manage Remote school requests.
All funded Remote schools will now submit an enquiry to a sport, which can then be converted by the sports organisation into a full booking. Once converted, the booking can be administered using the existing booking management process.
This change supports the new standalone Remote Schools Program, commencing on 2 February 2026
Enquiries functionality
Enquiries give sporting organisations greater flexibility in shaping the booking before it becomes formal. For example, organisations can configure whether the booking will be coach-delivered or teacher-delivered.
The Enquiries page offers functionality similar to the current booking management process and supports features such as:
- view school Enquiry information
- status management
- re-allocation to other organisations
- notes
- reporting
