Dashboard widgets - capture and show booking SLA's
There is a new dashboard widget which allows users two overviews.
Booking KPI's
This overview shows for each combination of term and sport the following KPI's:
- Total number of bookings
- Average confirmation time of the booking
- Average time between the creation of a booking and the first session creation
- Average time between the creation of a booking and the first coach appointment (from the time published)
Go to Account -> App Preferences -> Display Dashboard Type and select "Management Dashboard".
Go to the dashboard and select "Bookings KPIs" from the Management Dashboard widget. Using the filter, select the year, term and sport that the user has access to.
The overview of Bookings KPI's will appear on the dashboard widget.
Booking overview
Using a filter to select the year, term, sports and delivery type, this overview shows the following:
- Number of new bookings
- Number of pending bookings
- Number of confirmed bookings
- Number of completed bookings
- Total number of bookings
- Number of coach-delivered bookings with sessions created and booking status (new/pending/confirmed)
- Number of coach-delivered bookings with coaches to allocate and booking status (new/pending/confirmed)
On the Management dashboard widget, select Bookings overview. Using the filter, select the year, term, sports and delivery type.
The bookings overview will appear on the Management dashboard.
Booking Management
Timestamps
You can check the KPI dates for each individual booking in the Booking Management Overview.
Select a booking and click on the 'clock' icon.
A popup will appear with the KPI dates of the selected booking:
Filters
The filters for term, booking status and school state in the Booking Management overview now contain a dropdown list to easily select one of the values instead of needing to type the value.
Provider overview functionality
Disability column
The Disability column has been removed from the grid.
Endorsement Status
A new column called "Endorsement Status" has been added with these possible values:
- Unknown
- Inactive
- Not Endorsed
- Pending Endorsement
- Endorsed
- Various
One sport: If the provider has only selected one sport for endorsement, the endorsement status will show the corresponding value.
Multiple sports: If the provider has selected multiple sports for endorsement, and each status is not identical over different sports, the value "Various" will be shown. If each status is identical, the distinct value will be shown.
Safety Status
A new column called "Safety Status" has been added with these possible values:
- Unknown
- Not Applicable
- Pending safety assessment
- Safety assessed
- Various
One sport: If the provider has only selected one sport for endorsement, the endorsement status will show the corresponding value.
Multiple sports: If the provider has selected multiple sports for endorsement, and each status is not identical over different sports, the value "Various" will be shown. If each status is identical, the distinct value will be shown.
Action required
A new column called "Action required" has been added. This column determines whether there is action required from the NSO/s if a provider has selected their sport for approval.
The "Action required" column will have a green tick if the following statuses are true:
- Endorsement Status
- Unknown
- Pending endorsement
- Safety Status
- Unkown
- Pending endorsement
The green tick will not appear if the following statuses are true:
- Endorsement Status
- Endorsed
- Not Endorsed
- Various
- Safety Status
- Safety Assessed
- Not Applicable
- Various
More than one WWCC for a state
Coaches can now upload multiple WWCC for the same state. This will improve usability for coach users when adding/updating WWCC details in their profiles.
- If a coach adds WWCC details with an updated expiry date, their profile will not be automatically made inactive
- Coach overview report will display expiry dates of all WWCC for the specific state
Reports
New report with timestamps per booking
There is a now a report that contains timestamps for the KPI's of a booking.
Select Reporting -> Bookings.
Select the report 'Booking Statistics'. Select the year, term and sport, then click 'Request Report'.
Once the report has been generated. You can download the report using the bell icon located at the top-right of your screen.
