This article is for Provider admins to understand if a coach has accepted a session booking.
How to view a coach acceptance
- Go to OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com/
- Navigate to Schools Bookings -> Booking management (shortcut here)
- Select the booking you are interested in
- Select the Session Management function (calendar icon)
- Select a session
- Select the Coach appointments function (user with a cog icon)
- In the coach allocation window, look for the green tick under the column title 'S'. A green tick means the coach has accepted the booking
