Allocating the booking to an NSO
- Access OfficialsHQ
- Navigate to School Bookings -> Booking management (or here)
- Select the booking row
- Select the Change level function (cog icon)
- Select the NSO
- Enter a note in the Reason field
- Select Save
- The booking will then be allocated to the NSO

- Navigate to School Bookings -> Booking management (or here)
- Select the booking row
- Select the Level log function (clipboard icon)
The level log will show where the booking has been previously allocated and what user processed the allocation.
Note: PUBLIC API ASC is the creation of the booking
Where does the reason message show
The reason message from the level allocation shows in the Level log.
- Access OfficialsHQ
- Navigate to School Bookings -> Booking management (or here)
- Select the booking row
- Select the Level log function (clipboard icon)
