This article is for Providers to understand the new process for organising and allocating coaches for a booking.
Process steps for booking organisation
- The school is notified they are successful in their grant application. The school is directed to make a booking. A school is paid their grant funds when their first booking is moved to a Confirmed status.
- School makes a booking in BookingHQ
- The sport admin will need to contact the school to organise the specific booking details, such as times, dates, budget etc
- With that information, for a coach booking, the sport admin can then create sessions per class and add or remove a class STEP 1: Creating session dates/times (Provider)
- The sessions can also be retrospectively changed Manage already created sessions (Provider)
- When the sessions have been created the coach(es) can be allocated to each session STEP 2: Coach allocation (Provider)
- Coaches are visible if they have been accepted by your organisation Approving a coach to your organisation (Provider) and had their WWCC approved by the Sporting Schools team
- For a teacher delivered booking, the sport admin can organise the learning materials and Add-ons as needed
- Remember to add in the actual cost of the booking Add the actual cost of the booking (Provider)
