This information is for Provider admins to use the checklist function on a booking.
Please note that only NSOs can setup a checklist, so this functionality may not be accessible by providers if the relevant NSO has not setup the checklist function.

Who can use the checklist
Any user that can access the booking record. Depending on who the booking is allocated to, this could be the NSO, SSO or Provider admin.
Who needs to use the checklist
The checklist function usage is optional.

Only NSOs can setup a booking checklist. See this article Creating a booking checklist
Using a booking checklist
- Go to OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com/
- Go to School Booking -> Booking management
- Select the booking you want to access the checklist for
- Select the tick icon
- This will show the checklist
- Click on the checklist item to open the checklist information
- Make any adjustments as required
- Select the Save button
Uses
- Change the date the action needs to be completed
- Leave a note about the action, eg. Equipment sent to school, care of Dave Test on 25th May
- Select the checkbox when the task has been completed
Watch-outs
Multiple admin users can see the comments left in a checklist remark (notes) section.
