Where the cost is shown to the school
When the actual cost of the booking is added in OfficialsHQ, it will display to the school in their booking history.
How to add the actual cost of the booking
- Go to OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com/
- Navigate to Schools Bookings -> Booking management (shortcut here)
- Select the row you are interested in
- Select the Costs function ($ sign)
- Add the actual amount
- Select the Save button
