Who can adjust Add-ons
Only NSOs and SSO can adjust Add-on selections in OfficialsHQ
Add-ons NOT in OfficialsHQ
OfficialsHQ will not tell you if a school has selected the Add-on link to an external url.
OfficialsHQ will only provide the Add-ons selected in the BookingHQ process.
Adjusting Add-ons
- Go to OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com/
- Navigate to Schools Bookings -> Booking management (shortcut here)
- You can identify if a school has selected one or more Add-ons via the green tick in the Add-ons column
- Select the row you want to work on
- Select the Add-ons function (puzzle piece icon)
You now have some options:
- Adjust the existing Add-on: Select the Add-on row and click the pen icon
- Add a new Add-on: Select the + button and select an Add-on (these take from your Add-on setup)
- Delete an Add-on: Select the Add-on row and click the bin icon
Any changes you make to the Add-on selection will show to the school in their booking portal.
