How a cancellation works
Schools can request a cancellation within the booking system.
This will show as 'Cancellation requested', at this stage the booking is not yet cancelled. The sports organisation will be notified of the cancellation request, they may need to cancel coach allocation and equipment orders.
The sporting organisation will update the booking status to 'Cancelled - School' when any outstanding booking issues are resolved.
How to request a cancellation
- Log into your School portal (if you need help accessing the system see how to reset your password)
- Click the 'Booking' option in the menu
- In the Booking page, select the button 'View my bookings' for your school/school type
- When this button is selected, you will access the booking system
- Click on the booking you are interested in
- Select the 'Cancel booking' button
- Enter the cancellation reason and submit the cancellation
