Where the booking status is located
The booking status is located in your booking history page.

What the booking status means
Status | Meaning |
New | The booking has been created and is awaiting action by the nominated sports organisation. |
Pending | The booking is in process of being organised by the sports organisation. |
Confirmed | The sports organisation has confirmed they will accept the booking. |
Completed | The booking has been completed. |
Cancellation requested | A cancellation has been requested by your school and is awaiting the sports organisation to cancel the booking. |
Cancelled - School | The booking has been cancelled by the school and this is confirmed by the sports organisation. |
Cancelled - Sport | The booking has been cancelled by the sports organisation directly. |
Troubleshooting
Q: The booking has had a New or Pending status for over a week, and I've not heard anything from the sports organisation, what do I do?
A: Contact the sports organisation for this booking
Q: The booking is Confirmed but I cannot see the session times and dates yet
A: The sports organisation has confirmed they can complete the booking with you. They are currently working on organising the specific session times and dates.
Q: I did not cancel the booking, why is it showing as cancelled?
A: Contact the sports organisation for this booking
