This article is for provider admins who want to add additional admins their provider organisation.

Add an admin
- Log into OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com
- Go to Configuration -> User management -> Users (shortcut)
- Select the + button
- Add the admin's details
- Select the save button (right of screen)
- If the user was already in the system and the information note said, 'Email address found, will update user', no further steps are required
- If it is a new user, select the newly created user
- Select the mail icon to send the user an activation email
