- Log into OfficialsHQ
- Select the user image, located at the top right of the screen
- Select Contact details
- Select the pen icon to change your email and/or phone number
- Click the 'Save' button in each section
IMPORTANT: Changing your email here will not change the email account you use to log into your account. To change the email you use to log in, please contact us here.
Updating my address
- Log into OfficialsHQ
- Select the user image, located at the top right of the screen
- Select Address
- Update your address information
- Click the 'Save' button
