How a coach gets onto your approval list
A coach gets onto your approval list either via:
- the coach selecting your organisation in their registration
- the coach selection your organisation from their account (post registration)
What does approving a coach link do
When a coach is approved to your organisation, the coach will appear as available for allocation to school bookings (when their WWCC has been approved by the Sporting Schools team).
Approving a coach to my organisation
- Access OfficialsHQ https://home.officialshq.com/
- Go to Officials -> Coaches
- Locate the coach you want to accept to your organisation and click on their name
- TIP: You can identify the coaches that need to be approved by using the Activity Status column, eg 0/2 means the coach is awaiting two approvals
- Select the Roles function (cogs icon)
- Select your organisation
- Select the Active function (slide icon) to approve the coach
