- Select the 'Forgot Password?' link in OfficialsHQ
- Enter your email address, this should be the email address you registered with

Call 1300 785 707 or lodge a request here
I do know the email address I registered with
- Select the Request password reset button
- You should now receive an email in your nominated inbox
I did NOT receive a password reset email
- Check your spam or promotional emails section of your inbox
- If you cannot find it, then call 1300 785 707 or lodge a request here
I did receive a password reset email
- Click the 'Choose new password' button on the email
- Follow the directions to reset your password
