This article is for providers who are experiencing difficulties viewing their bookings in OfficialsHQ.
Before you use this guide, please consider the following:
- Have you logged out and logged back into your OfficialsHQ profile?
- Has the school confirmed that a booking has been submitted in the School Portal with your organisation?
- Have you cleared all filters on your Bookings overview? See Bookings Overview Category Filters
Login to OfficialsHQ. Select School Bookings -> Booking management.
In the Bookings overview, select the filter (on the far right of screen).
Set the Sport field to all sports (* (asterisk)). Set "From" to 12 months in the past and set "To" to 12 months in the future.
Note: by having dates in a wide range, this will ensure that all past and future booking data is captured.
All bookings should appear in the Bookings overview.
Bookings Overview Category Filters
The Bookings overview will display all provider bookings only if the individual category filters are cleared.
If an individual category filter has been set, the filter icon will be highlighted.
To remove the filter, select the highlighted filter icon, and select "Clear".
The highlighted icon will disappear, indicating that the filter has been cleared on this category.
I still can't see my bookings
