This article is for a Provider to access reporting for their organisation's coaches.
Providers report
- Access OfficialsHQ
- Select the Reporting menu option
- Select the Users option (shortcut here)
- Select 'Report coaches overview'
- Optional - Untick the checkbox to see inactive coaches
- Select the Request report button
- Click on the bell icon
- When the report has run, a green tick will show against the report name
- Select the download icon to download the report
- The report will be accessible in your downloads folder
