This article is for NSOs and SSOs to access reporting for their sport's bookings and booking sessions.
Bookings report
The Bookings report provides information such as school, package type, delivery type, term, year, booking status etc. It does not include the times and dates for every session per class. Times and dates per session are found in the Sessions report (see below).
- Access OfficialsHQ
- Select the Reporting menu option
- Select the Bookings option (shortcut here)
- Select 'Report Booking overview'
- Optional - Select the relevant filters for either/or Year, Term and Delivery type
- Select your sport
- Select the Request report button
- Click on the bell icon
- When the report has run, a green tick will show against the report name
- Select the download icon to download the report
- The report will be accessible in your downloads folder
Sessions report
The Sessions report provides the times and dates for each session within a booking, the class count and year group(s) on each session. Session data can be linked to the Booking report via BookingID.
- Access OfficialsHQ
- Select the Reporting menu option
- Select the Bookings option (shortcut here)
- Select 'Report Sessions overview'
- Optional - Select the relevant filters for either/or From/To date, Year, Term and Delivery type
- Select your sport
- Select the request a report function
- Click on the bell icon
- When the report has run, a green tick will show against the report name
- Select the download icon to download the report
- The report will be accessible in your downloads folder
