Do I need to upload invoices for every acquittal?
No. Not every acquittal requires supporting documentation to be uploaded.
If you are not asked to provide invoice evidence during your acquittal, this is not an error. However, schools must retain invoices and other supporting records for all Sporting Schools expenditure (receipts are not sufficient evidence). Evidence may be requested as part of the acquittal assessment process.
What should I do if I am asked to upload invoice evidence?
If the acquittal process requests supporting documentation:
- Gather invoices that support the expenses being claimed - receipts are not sufficient evidence.
- Upload the requested evidence when prompted during the acquittal process.
- Ensure the information provided matches the expenditure reported in your acquittal.
- Complete and submit your acquittal once all required information has been provided.
What if I have already submitted my acquittal?
Once an acquittal has been submitted, you cannot make changes yourself. If you need to add invoices, amend expense amounts or provide additional supporting documentation, contact Sporting Schools with details of the amendment request and provide any relevant supporting documentation.
